Warranty & Product Disclaimer

Realstone Systems™ Limited Warranty

Realstone Systems™, LLC ("Realstone Systems" or "RSS") warrants its products against manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the original purchase date, when installed and used in accordance with all applicable building codes, industry standards, and Realstone Systems installation guidelines.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Realstone Systems will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the defective product, or
  • Issue a credit for the cost of the defective material

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What This Warranty Covers

This limited warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in Realstone Systems products.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Labor or installation costs
  • Removal or replacement costs
  • Project delays or related expenses
  • Variations inherent in natural materials

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Building settlement or structural movement
  • Improper installation, application, or maintenance
  • Abuse, misuse, or accidental damage
  • Contact with chemicals, cleaners, or paint
  • Exposure to moisture or improper storage
  • Airborne contaminants or environmental conditions
  • Staining, oxidation, or discoloration
  • Failure to follow Realstone Systems installation guidelines
  • Failure to report a defect promptly after discovery

Failure to follow installation or maintenance guidelines will void this warranty.

Natural Stone & Material Variation Disclaimer

Many Realstone Systems products, including natural stone and handcrafted materials, are products of nature and inherently vary in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Shade
  • Hardness
  • Density
  • Slip resistance
  • Veining and clefting
  • Iron spotting or mineral movement

These natural variations are expected and not considered defects, and therefore are not eligible for warranty claims, returns, or exchanges.

Samples are provided as general representations only. Variation between samples and delivered product is normal and should be expected.

Third-Party Products

Products distributed by Realstone Systems that carry a separate manufacturer warranty will be covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty terms. Documentation is available upon request.

Limitation of Liability

This limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Realstone Systems shall not be liable for:

  • Special or incidental damages
  • Consequential damages
  • Project delays
  • Labor or installation costs
  • Damages exceeding the original purchase price

The sole remedy under this warranty is replacement or credit of defective material, at Realstone Systems’ discretion.

Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer, installer, and/or project designer to:

  • Inspect all material prior to installation
  • Confirm product suitability for the intended application
  • Ensure proper installation methods are followed

Installation of product constitutes acceptance of material.
Claims will not be honored after installation.

Realstone Systems reserves the right to update warranty and product documentation at any time.
